I have completed and turned in dozens of custom challenges but i am not getting the credits… and yes, the time limit has expired. So my question is, what do i do if my credits will not be given to me.
There are a few things i recently learned about custom challenge cR

If you turn them in you should get them a minute or so after, it will say first place on it when it went through.

You dont actually get the cR until you finish a game after the challenge is turned in. I was in the lobby when i turned in a few challenges and then i went into forge and left it right away, forge gave me 0 cR but the bar moved up to the amount the custom challenges were.
The only way to be convinced you have the cR is to keep a log of your cR.
Next time, wait 5 minutes after completion of a challenge before you turn-in. This will ensure that the servers are up to date with your most recent game cR. Then, check your cR on your profile (Waypoint or XBox) and write it down. Now turn-in the challenge and wait for 10 minutes - check your profile periodically and you will see the cR added.
Alternatively, at the start of a days session write down your cR and then all the cR you get from games/daily challenges. Let your completed custom challenges expire overnight. Next day compare totals and you will see the cR added.
I’ve used both methods and have always seen the cR appear.
My belief is that most custom challenge cR are added in the background while playing a game. There’s no fanfare or fireworks, just an increase in cR.
