Hello, I’m hoping that someone here can help. Last night I completed seven custom challenges worth a total of 23,159 cR. As they were completed they were “turned in” to free up space to complete more. The cR were not awarded at the end of the rounds in which they were completed and more importantly, they were not awarded when the challenge time expired. They are showing as “completed - 1st place” in my history. Is there some sort of delay or is this a glitch?
I’m not to up to date on custom challenges but I think that it takes up to 48 hours to process the challenge. How long has it been since you completed the challenges?

The challenges were completed over 24 hours ago with the challenges set to expire about 22 hours ago.

Are you sure you completed them? Sometimes I’m positive I’ve completed challenges but still have progress to go.
In my experience the cR are awarded within a couple of minutes of turning in or expiring completed challenges.
Did you keep a record of what your original cR were?
Where did you check the ststus of your cR?

The Credits are only awarded when the Actual Challenge is finished…
So for example, If you set a challenge for 60 Hours but finish it in 2 hours. You get all the cR after 60 Hours.

If you turn the challenge in like the OP said he did, you get the cR instantly.
I did check my current cR amount at the time, turned in the challenges, waited the alloted time until the challenges ended and no credits were awarded.
It’s now been over 48hrs and still nothing. Very disappointed.

On waypoint on the Xbox, It says you only get the Credits when the challenge expires… ??
any idea how much cR you’d got that day in total? The only reason for not getting the cR awarded is that you hit the 200,000 daily cR cap.
Looks like a lot of Sword Base on 15th June - did you have additional challenges set up for that?

That was the case when custom challenges were originally introduced, but the behaviour got changed earlier this year (although the text on waypoint didn’t)
I tried some and it has been almost 24 hours and I’m getting nothing.
Ya, 3 days and still nothing. They are just broken.
