What you aren’t considering is that reducing damage would offset the balance of all the other weapons. BR and DMR are balanced already. You aren’t supposed to use BR’s at long range. BR’s in the hands of a skilled person can wreck a DMR user at mid-close.

That sounds fine. The BR should own the DMR at close range and on small maps. On the other hand, the DMR should remain unaltered and the contest between the BR/DMR on medium maps be that the player with better skill should win and, on the large maps, well, too bad DMR, you don’t belong.

Not at all, all other weapons remained the same, maybe grenades and melee hits became 10% stronger for their bleed-through shield but not a big deal, all other rifles remained the same.
Currently, default DMR destroys every single rifle, except for the custom 4sk BR, they are the same.

No. Not true I’m afraid the DMR still beats the other guns at medium range aswel, this is why it will be nerded to

To each his own. I have no problems killing DMR users with a different rifle.
