In Reach assassinating an enemy yielded no reward over simply back smacking him. What if performing an assassination caused a unique event to occur based on what “Custom Assassination Knife” you were carrying.
For example, the “Nano Knife” could quickly cover your victim in a layer of nanites which solidify, killing your victim and turning his standing corpse into a statue that can now be used as cover.

Meh, I like regular assassinations…If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Props for creativity though, cool idea
I don’t know if “custom assassination knives” would be a good idea, but I guess an idea for such a knife could be the Leech Knife. It’d drain your victim’s shields, giving you a 10% boost (which could extend into overs if you’re already fully-shielded).

But, maybe a knife customization for halo 4? (color and type, not effect)
The “Holo Blade” causes you to appear as your victim’s armor and team color until you shoot or get shot.

If they have weapon dlc in any future halo game and this was one of them… all of my moneys.
A knife that you would use to turn the victim around and it would be used to plunge into their head but it’s a plastic knife with a flag that says Bang! Then you would snap his neck.
The “Explosive Spike” is left in the victim then detonated remotely by the user.

+1 for creativity! Although, the minimalist in me says to keep things where they are.
id like to be able to choose my knife and mybe 1 special assasination for each knife or for the ones that are harder to get but the ore extravegant assasintions wwill take too much time. aka someones gonna come kill, yoink, showstopper, you. but very cool ideas.
