right?! The grind must be tough. I started trying and then realized that by the time I hit 152 Infinites gonna be in full swing and I’m probably gonna be focusing on that.

Yeah, that sounds like fun, I’m pretty jealous.
I wish I could invest the time into it, but H5 has run it’s course for me and it’s kind of exhausting to play.

It’s just a long grind unfortunately
3 million away from 151. I really hope that I can be one of the first 4000 to 152.

And here it took over 4 years just to reach 1000 players at max rank. And then a year later we’re at over 3000.

This shouldn’t be that surprising as the average amount of xp that you will need to collect on a daily basis has been greatly reduced. The players who reached the final rank within 4 years collected in average 35,000 xp/day while the players who reached the final rank in 5 years did instead collect in average 28,000 xp/day.

I know I’ll be doing my part to help. I plan on getting 152 by mid-June if I keep up my current pace.
I’m getting like 3-400k a day (or at least trying) so I really hope I can join this exclusive club lol

Depending on which rumour you believe… it’s possible. I haven’t seen it in writing myself anywhere, but there’s talk that Infinite is getting delayed again into 2022. IF that’s the case, then I was say it’s possible to get to 5000. IF it releases when 343 is telling us it’s supposed to, holiday 2021 right now, then I think it would be a stretch to get to 5000. I find it a minor stretch to believe it’ll release later this year, since they haven’t given us a actual release date yet, or announced any Infinite themed accessories or hardware (controllers or xbox yet). I would imagine that if they were going to release this year, they would have given us a date at this point and given us information regarding different editions and some of the promotional items releasing with the game. But regardless, I think it’ll hit at least 5000 at some point, as you’ll have the people who are too invested in the grind that they’ll want to finish regardless of when Infinite releases. Might be a little harder if it does release this year due to the time crunch and the population drop after release, but I think we’ll get there.

I would view it as reasonable as based on the Halo Tracker xp leaderboard, the top 5000 players in Halo 5 do at least have 42 million xp which means that for the subset of the community at top 5000 that haven’t reached SR152 need to collect at most 8 million xp in order to reach the final rank. Getting 8 million xp can be viewed as a pretty trivial task as long as you are actively playing the game.

Same, but it´s been way too hard, tomorrow I’ll be reaching 151, then, I’m going to chill and get 150k/day
