Your getting closer 343, but this weeks shop still isnt good enough, your still refusing to lower the prices of old bundles and remburse those who already bought them, which as far as I understand you easily have the data at least to figure out who needs to be.
The new bundles content wise are good, but both are overpirced by about 200 credits, mainly the one that is just an emblem and a kill effect. Thing is, emblems have very low value to players, its basicly the lowest value item type in the store, and getting the option to use one emblem on everything isnt an excuse, cuz that was how it should have been in the first place and it not being that way is just a ripoff 343. Not being able to change the colors to emblems to what we want like MCC, instead just being stuck to locked color palletes like halo 5 on launch, reduces thier value even more. Sevreal emblems have come up that I loved the look of, but hated all the color schemes, ive only settled on one I dont totaly hate.
Note to the Devs; Im very aware many of you are trying your hardest and want this game to succedd, and that your just stuck between a rock and I hard place. I dont envy you, or put the majoirty of the blame on you. I blame whoever is responsbile for all the greed and obvious management issues in your workplace mostly.
Just, please, even if your internaly on fire and wont have anything ready untill season 2, be strait with us about that, being crystal clear, 100% honest, and taking proper responsbiliy for the state of the game AND backing those claims up with actions, seems like your best option to ease tensions and restore a small amount of hope without overworking yoursleves.
Edit: 343, we also need to be able to buy whatever items we want out of any bundle for a low, fair price. All bundles, or at least the non event ones, need to be open to buy and buy from forever so no fomo, which you promised pre launch. Like I said about emblems, regardless of where we get them, be it capstone challanges, events, or the store, it needs to unlock for EVERY WEAPON all at once for be even remotly fair.
The last BIG, BIG thing is, we need to be able to buy whatever exact amount of credits we need to buy what we want. Forcing us to overspend with fixed amounts is not okay, at all.
Lmfao. I can imagine you buying like a pair of jeans and then going into the store next week and seeing that they are on sale and then DEMANDING the store refund you the difference. Do you see how ridiculous that is?
The analogy you’re making is actually not as ridiculous as you’re trying to make it seem. There are a significant number of stores (physical and online) that actually do exactly that if you provide proof of purchase date (within a reasonable range of time, of course) and price paid, will refund the adjusted cost. It’s entirely up to each store to decide if they want to offer this, so it’s not that ridiculous for 343i to at least consider it, especially considering it would help recover some of the lost respect from lying about the store and customization.
Edit: This is not to say that 343i absolutely has to, but that they should at least consider the idea of it. I’m typically of the mind that if you paid the price, the price was worth it for you. The only time I really go otherwise, is if the price changes within the 24 hours after purchasing.
You cant get your money back, clearly you was happy with the purchase when you made it otherwise you wouldn’t of.
Thats the way sales and values work, prices change and that goes for any item but you cant ask for the money back.
I do agree prices can still be better and we need single items more common or to buy single items from bundles!
