I know im freakishly early here but with all the upgrades to marines. It seems almost now a unsc dominated end to the season, all the top players have almost all switched to cutter. Please provide some insight to this as i do feel cutters early game is almost impossible to counter as banished without being punished on eco, but coul anyone tell me there opinions so far,

And in relation to that, what area 1v1/2v2/3v3, what strats are we seeing work so far.
i think it was kinda needed to help unsc in general i havent fought any cutters yet but the marines are really strong especially with cutter getting battle hardened so early. i like where the rest of this season is going feels like both unsc and banished have a fighting chance now. i mostly play 1v1s with jerome, anders, or colony.
The marine buff is nefarious. It needs to be reverted immediately.
Mines from grunts are basically grenades now lol. I think it’s weaker though but it’s definitely more responsive. I’m seeing a lot more pushing out in the beginning, though you have an advantage, at least in 3 v 3, when you have a forge or vehicle hero to push out and hold the middle map.

The more I read this the more I think was last season really that bad aha. But as someone who mained Cutter a lot before and cried so hard when they nerfed him I’m kinda looking for to it.

It is more responsive, and I’m glad they recognize mines are crap. That being said, mines are still garbage, due to the damage being reduced and marines buffed. It’s pretty much a double nerf to grunts in this match up.
