What do you guys think this game is being released on?Current-Gen or Next-Gen? I’d Say it will have the Breath of the wild treatment but for a second option I would say Next-Gen since it would be a great console release game. But the Breath of the Wild treatment would be like released on Current Gen and Released on Next Gen with better graphics and etc. But tell me your thoughts.
Is the XB1x next gen? It reminds me more of the late model XB360.
Next gen for sure, Xbox 2 so to speak (that might not be its official name). Microsoft and sony is getting ready to release their next gen consoles, I would not be surprised if they showed them off at e3 for a 2020 release. Infinite is going to be 2020 release at best, maybe 2021. 343 and Microsoft is smart enough to know that launching infinite with a brand new next gen console as a console release is a genius idea. What’s going to make a bunch of people buy the new conole? Well if Halo Infinite comes out with it as a console release.
This is good for 343 as well, they do not need to hold back and tone down graphics and stuff. You seen the halo infinite e3 trailer? That would struggle at best and probably wouldn’t run at all on current consoles without toning it down. Releasing it on the next gen consoles 343 could really make the game look as detailed as the trailer, maybe even better.

Exactly, totally agree! So crazy that the next-gen consoles are almost here.
Its very possible the next gen consoles release this year November or December, alongside Halo Infinite.
Halo Infinite is already confirmed to release on Xbox One. It’ll most likely release on next-gen as well, but since that isn’t announced yet, we don’t know for sure.
It’s been confirmed to launch on XB1 but I think it’ll also be a next gen launch title.

I was hoping that by next gen they meant the Xbox one X, but apparently that isnt the case anymore. I always seem to buy the new console right before another one is coming out XP
