Current females in 343 not suitable for Halo?

Bonnie Ross’ ONLY accomplishment in video game creation has been making Halo 4 which is regarded as the WORST Halo game of all time in the aspect of multiplayer. Apparently, however, that doesn’t stop her from saying things like “It’s really important for us to get young female talent, because they are the future” DON’T GET ME WRONG having female talent is a great idea IF the female talent has great ideas. Another fantastic quote from Bonnie Ross states “Most people look at a franchise like Halo and automatically assume it’s run by a guy. People are surprised to learn that it’s a woman who’s running the Halo 4 show” Maybe BEFORE Halo 4 came out the community was surprised that it’s being run by a girl but now that the game has been out for years, we’re not surprised at all.

And then you have Kiki Wolfkill. What did she do before becoming EXECUTIVE PRODUCER at 343i? She made development art for Project Gotham Racing. Someone who worked on PROJECT GOTHAM RACING is now in charge of the Halo universe and it’s media aspects. She worked on Halo: Nightfall which has flopped in the eyes of the majority of Halo fans (didn’t kill a single freaking Covenant) and she’s also a major contributor and developer for the Halo Channel, which is horribly lacking content (or has content from years ago that was on the Halo Waypoint Xbox 360 app) and has clunky UI that lags every time you switch sections. Kiki’s only real accomplishment was working on Halo 4’s story and script which now totally makes sense why there were so many scenarios where you have to “press X to do this”.

tl;dr I’m all for having women in the work space, unless they don’t have the experience needed to run a huge franchise like Halo, then they just need to leave.

I get that you aren’t impressed by them, but if you are only disappointed by what has been seen so far from them, then what’s the point of even bringing up that they are females. I mean, gender isn’t the problem obviously and it doesn’t matter to you, so let’s just stick to their work…

I did not want to say “Current 343 employees” because there are some 343 employees that are actually doing their job. I was wrong to say “current females” because I bet there are females in 343 that are doing a great job. Gender is not the problem with me. If it was males doing this I would call them out on it. The problem I have with these employees is that they simply do not have the experience to run a franchise like Halo, not that they are females.
