Good afternoon, I have a rental business Xbox One for time and from March 28, 2019 my accounts “banned” or blocked for 14 days for that moment appear to enter to play in all modalities by Halo 5 guardians, customers They open their profiles, they are blocked, we have created new accounts, they are blocked in the same way, I think this situation is not normal and I would like to have information about it since since that day none of my clients has been able to play Halo 5 being one of the most outstanding games.
