Yesterday i played a Game on Complex and usally as red Team u r f*****d, played with 2friends of mine and 2 other and we Won 4:0. it was really hard but it´s possible with a good team=)3guys Camping more or less at own Flag and 2guys where capturing.
but most of the time all people are running anywhere and theres no teamplay at all

Yeah, while red is typically at a disadvantage it is no guarantee. Good teamwork especially in defense and its a winnable scenario just as you described.
A lot of folks tend to complain and accept a loss, when in reality it requires just what a lot of other people are criticizing around here, a high demand for skill and teamwork. The same with CTF on Abandon while very unbalanced they are the most challenging of gametypes (the term competitive seems to be applied a little differently, so I wont use it).
Both teams have/and are at a simple disadvantage on Complex while playing CTF, Red- well your flag is nxt to an easy getaway, Blue-when done right, all their spawns are out in the open like their Flag… that I found out the hard way.
Flag on complex would surely be better with 1-Flag, attack and defence played via rounds? Think back to Zanzibar or Last Resort.
Red flag on Complex is a terrible location. I agree, however, that a good team can turn that all around.
Yeah, I’m not wild about Multi-Flag on asymmetric maps. 1-Flag would be awesome on Complex, I think, but Multi? Nah.
