The Flag Captured medal is in the platinum tier of medals along with the Flag Champion medal (capturing three flags in one match).
Can anyone explain why Flag Runner medal (capturing two flags in one match) is only a gold tier medal?
I noticed it today because I set a new high for platinum medals in a day and thought it was weird.

Other game mode have Onyx medals, why not CTF? I have had a couple games with five caps…should be an Onyx medal, 343i!
