So, CSR, the ranking system of Halo 5. Well, cool now the pros can show off their champ status. So except for this reason, I see no other use for CSR. It doesn’t count your KD, W/L, you can win 50% of your game or even less to be at Onyx. And you get matched with players who have a ranking higher than you, and I’m suppose to be able to rank up? I am a Plat 5 and I’m matched against diamonds, well cool, I kept my KD. But, CSR decided to give me 2 unranked players in my team, both of them left, after totalling a number of 40 deaths, thanks a lot. I only see unfairness in the CSR matching system.

Well, as you know, you only level up by winning, fighting against diamonds who are diamond 5/6 means your opponents are much more skilled than you, so it’s harder for you to win, and to get matched with unranked, who quit, it destroys my CSR. So I just think the CSR matching system is crap

You think the entire CSR system is crap due to one single bad instance? There certainly is room for improvement, but you haven’t really suggested anything specific that could make it better. Just because you get matched with unranked players doesn’t mean anything. Before players become onyx or champions, they’re also unranked, so associating “unranked” with “unskilled” is just wrong.

yeah just because someone is unranked doesn’t mean theyre bad. in fact its a safe bet to say they’re close to your rank if theyre being matched with you. also imo anymatch that puts people within one tier rank in either direction is fair. So Plat 5 against diamond 5 is good and vica versa…

Again, you’ve got one instance of this. How many games have you played where you’ve had unranked teammates get a total of 40 deaths between the pair of them before quitting?

Just took at your game history. Which game were you talking about? I looked through a few but couldn’t find that one specifically. Just so you know, DNF’s absolutely KILL your CSR, and you’ve got 6 in your last 30 games. Leaving 20% of your games is a surefire way to never rank up.

Yeah, got tired of it. I’m actually enjoying it. Btw, I did really bad in those games but I’m pretty sure, since you like browsing history and stuff, help me check whether the other team’s players were high diamonds. Thnx
