Im not sure what the deal is, but I came on waypoint to check my current top CSR and it says unranked. This is impossible. Is this just a bug? whats the deal?
yea idk that is some kind of bug your highest was platinum
Ranks reset every month. Beginning of April marks a new CSR season. You and everyone else must play another 10 games per playlist to get a CSR rank.

Got the same problem here. Top Csr shows as unranked. This while i know for a fact I’ve finished my placements in an earlier season.

im talking ALL TIME CSR not the monthly ranks.
Got reports from multiple people that their achieved Top CSR isn`t being displayed.
It seems like most of the higher level members of my company and myself have all had their ALL TIME TOP CSRs reset as well and was really curious to why it did that to only certain people and not others. Like I said it seemed to have happened to most of the higher ranked people in my company Onyx, Champions. I only assume it’s a glitch and hope they will fix it so it is accurate again.
Still no word on what has happened regarding these types of problems?
