I think that the reason this is, is that we’re already accustomed to the gameplay and have unlocked a lot of weapons so it’s going up faster for us than if it had been released at launch. Thoughts?
It should even out the more games you play in a playlist
csr is a failure out of the gate
Doesn’t seem to work properly, or not as good as H3 ranks.
not sure on it. I think it will eventually slow down. have you lost a match yet? which playlist are you talking about? there’s two different ranking styles now.

On Castle DLC. Haven’t play any vanilla maps yet.
It’s Like Leveling again. It go up really fast I have only played 5 games and its already in 4.
I haven’t gotten the opportunity to play it yet. But just from reading some forums there are some players already at a 40+
I also think they made it slightly faster that way if they do a reset its not crazy difficult (Like in halo 2 or 3) to get back up to the top

I think this was a given.
I heard a rumor that the reason why “real” ranks were not added to Halo:Reach or Halo 4 was due to the number of accounts being sold in Halo 3 that Microsoft told Bungie/343i to not put in ranks like that because it takes away from the game. But I do hope that Microsoft changes their stance on this (should the rumor be true) As ranking up is something to work for. And for those players that have Plateaued for their rank at example, 30 that they can go sign in to Halo Waypoint and hit reset rank. Thoughts?
Not really, the ranks works in different playlists… if you play in Team Throwdown, you can even win 6 matches in a row and still be CSR 2 or play once and be CSR 4, it depends on your TRUE SKILL. (At least, in that kind of playlist)
