Even though I got the CSR (i.e. Platinum), it doesn’t show up in the Arena playlists. I can find out my CSR in my service record, but that’s very inconvenient process just to know how many matches left before getting a new CSR or what my CSR right now. I think this problem has occured for at least 2 or 3 months, and apparently almost all non-US players are having the same problem. When is this going to be fixed?
