Hi, my gamertag is : rp gun it x. And I’ve already hit level 50 (csr) rank in rumble pit. And the csr just started less than 24 hours ago… it was a joke to get the level 50… could’nt they make the levels like halo 2 … very disappointed.
Nothing is competetive in this game.
Im also like CSR 12 or 13 in IS and ive played 6 games.
Yeah that is messed up in 38 games. But tbf, it does look like you merk
Rumble Pit uses Individual Score so its not really supposed to be all that competitive.

I don’t understand…

Not every playlists uses W/L to determine your rank some of them just use how you score as an individual.
Here is a link detailing CSR

As mentioned by others, Rumble Pit uses individual CSR ranking, and will rank you up (if you win) much faster than win / loss playlists.
Also, because you were “grinding” immediately when CSR launched, there were likely very few players at your skill level throughout your matches, and the system was forced to match you with lower opponents (rather than not match you at all). As CSR skill ranks even out and become more distributed, it will become more difficult to rank up in all playlists.

Wait, so you reset the trueskill that is used to match people as well? CSR is just directly based on that?

I just meant, I don’t understand why you consider individual CSR to be less competitive than team CSR
lol, I played you a few games ago…

Player Since 04.07.2013(so second account I would presume) and now you’re complaining about the achieving of 50 to be too easy. Second accounts, Rank Bashers, Egotistical players, grinders, etc…
This is the EXACT reason why we don’t have in-game ranks. Instead of mocking the system why don’t you come in here with a good attitude and let everyone know how you achieved your 50. Like the mm team poster said. Not too many people have achieved higher ranks yet so it’s going to be easier right now to get a 50 then it will be when everything evens out in a week or two.
Iv played 6 games of rumble pit and I’m at 24 csr. Played 3 games of snipes and am at 16 csr. If I played for a full day I’d hit fifty like H3. This is even easier then h3 which is not a compliment.
Throwdown is the only playlist that’s closets to h2 and h3 MLG. But only lvl 3 after 1 game don’t go in by yourself cause ur teammates will suck

A lot of infinity playlists go by a different system as many consider those playlists heavily unbalanced. Of course it isn’t competitive when you’re playing an uncompetitive playlist. Play playlists like Castle DLC or Team Throwdown. You have no idea how long those take to rank up. Played Castle DLC for like most of the afternoon only getting like 2 losses and I’m only a CSR 5.
I know how to talk to these creatures, everyone stand back
Maybe you’re a legitimate 50 and you’re just that good at this game? who’s mlg pro? who’s mlg pro? you are. yes you are.
I call immunity from being flagged on the grounds that I’m just friggen kidding 'yall.
The CSR works on a bell curve as I understand. Which means the game puts you on a rank of 1-50 after several games as an indication of where you stand with the rest of the world. Like an IQ test, you don’t go from mentally inept to savant through years of hard work, you get your score and that’s it. Increasing your score takes more work than a simple progression system, which is what Halo 3’s was. It got harder for sure to increase your score, but it wasn’t always an accurate representation of how you stood with the rest of the world in skill because you had to get their first by climbing ranks, leaving open more possibilities for getting screwed out of a necessary win.
In this sense, Halo 4’s CSR works better, at least in theory, than any other CSR we’ve yet had, because it tracks your awesomeness at any given moment and compares you to everyone else. Problem is, for a bell curve to be calculated, it must first establish some groundwork, and accurately calculate everyone’s CSR accurately enough to be an accurate representation. You gotta get the averages, and then you’ll have a more realistic CSR.
Even if I’m not right, a good enough Halo 3 player could get a 50 in a handful of games, so not much has changed.
I don’t think you understand how CSR works…
This CSR system is a joke. 343 dropped the ball! Halo fans got excited for nothing.

Not all Halo fans. When things go wrong they will keep wrong all the way down. Halo series died for me with Halo 3

LOL you allow high CSR players to match low CSR players? that’s some funny stuff.

You need to read that a little bit closer.
