CSR Rank Flaw

Hi Halo Gaurdian Developers,
My concern is with a major flaw in the CSR Rank. Rules of the rank stipulate that the movement forward or back is based solely on winning and losing. However, what is to be done about players on your team that quite before or during the match or players that lag out of game due to poor internet connectivity. A competitive game can quickly turn into a 4 vs 2 - handicapping one team with a easy loss and decrease in rank. This happens very often. You do have rules to penalize match quitters but it does nothing to stop a decrease in rank. The other day I went from Platinum 3 to 1 in two matches because players quit the match. Please advise.
