basically when will it be on, how will it work?
I don’t know how it will work. But it will be on early next year.
Thee CSR will be implemented into Halo 4 next year, In the January time frame. It is said to work like the 1-50 ranking system from Halo 3 but you won’t be able to see your skill rating in game (though 343 haven’t ruled out this idea completely)
The CSR will give you fair and balanced matches. Making you face foes of equal skill, but you will not know your own skill ranking unless you use way-point (If you have a smart phone then Thats not much of an issue). Hope this helps.
