Ok, so I’ve been on here with the same rant as before. The CSR pairing for matchmaking is the worst! I’ve taken so many screenshots of carnage reports where my entire team is platinum and we had to go up against two onyx and two diamond. The sad thing about this is that it’s a completely common thing! If the CSR pairing doesn’t work and you wont fix it, then why have it? It’s so flawed! On the contrary I am now diamond and I get put up against golds and platinum. Not to mention I usually get paired up within a few seconds within joining the lobby so I know that it could’ve found better candidates to pair together. In the end the CSR is a huge joke that needs a lot of love.
I totally agree with you there’s been to many times today where I’ve been platinum or unranked and have been matched with diamonds or onyx. Its a joke and not even a good one that needs to be fixed so Arena can be fair.
