Can you guys help me out here? I have been playing a few online match up games and my team wins…I am usually the one on top or finish second on my team. My K/D is close to 2 but my CSR is still not moving up?
Am I doing something wrong?? I mostly play infinity or big team slayer 9 out of 10 times.
I dont play daily but I at least get on to play twice a week.

The CSR is on a individual basis in IS and BTIS. So it doesn´t matter if you are on the winning team or not. It is only your score that counts. The CSR of the players you are up against also plays a huge role. If you are against people on the same CSR leveling up takes some time. Other playlists have a team based CSR (only matter that you win), such as Throwdown.
I would recommend Quick CSR webpage. There you can analyse your games and your competitors.
