My friend and I have been playing doubles, I am a CSR 35 and he is a CSR 31. The past 3 games we have pulled 4 CSR 1s, and a CSR 3 with a guest. I personally believe the system in which you could only pull people 10 levels below, and 10 levels higher worked. I don’t mind having longer search times if I can pull good, intense, evenly matched games. So please 343, fix the CSR matching system!
The sad thing is that CSR matching hasn’t worked properly since Halo 3.
What we have right now is a start, but with some tuning it could work properly.
I believe that after you search for so long it just matches you with any level.

Yeah, that is true. Like I said though, I wouldn’t mind having longer search times if it meant I didn’t have to get matched up with such low levels. It’s not fun for me, and I know it can’t be fun for them.
I haven’t been playing while CSR has been out. So if you’re a 35 and you’re matching single digit players with guests, does that mean a full team of 50s can match a team of 1s?

Yep. i havent really played a single difficult match in doubles

After a certain amount of time searching, yes.
Its hard when there is only 1k people per playlist and 75% of them are already in games. Say 250 people searching and then you have the whole connection process,etc. Basically its impossible to have a good ranking system that is 1-50 without having a high population.
