So its official that the CSR rank is only visible in Waypoint. Well guess what? Waypoint in the first place is the most useless piece of garbage I’ve ever used.
I’m not going to check that stupid app every day just to see what a rank I have is.
Is it really that complicated to add one that’s visible in game?
I really don’t see why you can’t do that. It’s a simple request, must you avoid everything people SPECIFICALLY ask for and want?
You already messed up on all the initial maps on this game. The only one that’s ever played is Haven. There’s not even enough maps to keep one person entertained.
Even the forge maps aren’t that great, besides the Lockout remake.
I’m just zoning in at the CSR rank issue though.
It is pointless to actually have that rank, if you can only access it from a stupid app.
Who can have fun with that, if it’s not even visible? You can’t show off a rank or anything.
All I can show off is a stupid SR130 which everyone’s mom has.
This game is turning into garbage.
There’s always something that’s not done, that should be done! And even if it does get done, it’s either wrong or it just plain out sucks!!!
I really hate COD. the only other game I can think of playing besides Halo is BF3. I really love Halo though, so it’s hard for me to turn away from. But this new bs about ranks and everything just destroys a game I always thought was invincible to making me disagree with it.
They’ve been ignoring the competitive community ever since this game launched. Theres an almost hundred page thread on the CSR being in-game and 343 ignores it. Halo being one sided is going to -Yoinking!- kill it.
The lack of an address of Custom Games and the mind boggling decision about CSR did it for me. I’m done. I’ll lurk around here from time to time but 343 just killed Halo, a feat I thought was impossible years ago.
Technically I already beat this game to the point Matchmaking is very useless. Already beat campaign in legendary both co-op and single. Completed the only Comendations I cared about. Got SR-130.
The ONLY thing that was going to keep me playing was the VISIBLE ranks.
Spartan Ops sucks too. Each mission is like 5 min each. not even worth playing unless you’re boosting SR rankings XDDD
I feel the same way. I am just about done. After twelve years of following this franchise, I have to say that I am more than frustrated. If playing Halo 5 requires a next generation system than they can kiss my -Yoink-.
I have Windows 8. Waypoint is 2 button presses away for me (about 3 seconds) using Smartglass. I’m no longer upset :] plus it doesn’t matter. The point is your are now more likely to be matched with closer enemies, that’s all that matters. Let your gun decide who’s better!
This game was easy to leave. My entire friends list was filled with Halo2/3 friends. I currently might see 1 or 2 friends out of 100 playing halo4. I’m gonna ride Halo 3 out till the new BF this holiday.
