Hey I was wondering if this had happened to anyone else. I hadn’t played halo for a while as i was waiting to renew my xbox live now that i have all my CSR rank have disappeared and i have to do the 10 unranked game for each playlist again. Is there a way to get this fixed, I was Diamond 4 for swat but after letting my brother do the 10 games he only achieved silver. Can this be fixed as this is really annoying also on waypoint and the game all my other stats and rank have stayed the same, on waypoint it still says highest rank achieved is swat diamond 4 and it was my understanding that you could only drop to the lowest level of that rank in this case diamond 1??
The ranks reset a few days ago. They will be resetting every month
