I had finished my qualifying games for SWAT, and after the 10th game ends, the CSR message pops up and says “Diamond 2” but, then says I’m “Platinum 2”? I have it all recorded via Xbox One DVR. Can I get this CSR adjusted to “Diamond 2” like it claimed I was placed in??
