CSR 50 in rumblepit. Is it difficult?

So I decided to get a 50 in a playlist since I’ve never gotten a 50 in any playlist for any halo.

I have played roughly a 100 games and currently stuck at a 44. I cannot seem to get and higher and have been stuck there for days.

My question I want to ask, is getting a 50 difficult in rumblepit compared to other playlists or is it easy? I have been struggling to move up and get that I either suck at this game or I just plateaued and this is the best that I am going to get. What is the formula to getting To a 50 in RP? Just winning?

I have currently played 27 games since I hit a 44 and haven’t budged. Should I give up and try a different playlist?

Any advice? tips? Thanks

It depends on who you play against. You can easily back out of any match in the lobby if the competition seems too tough.

Personally, Rumble Pit was one of my easiest 50’s. I hadn’t played Halo 4 in a few months so I spent several hours playing Rumble Pit to warm up, and I guess didn’t run into anyone who was all that good. I didn’t even realize I had gone from a 1 to a 50 until I checked my CSR the next day.

Its really not too difficult to get. Its the players on new accounts with low csrs that can get in the way.

Youll need to get a first every time against poor lobbies and finish in the top 3 against sweatys with high csrs

It should be noted that general consensus says BTB is by far the easiest 50. It’s so easy to just sit somewhere with decent sight lines and pick off all the nubs running in the open.

That has also been my personal experience. I’m a 50 in BTB without even trying, and I am not a 50 in anything else.

As mentioned, “boosting” will help to get your 50 in any playlist. By boosting I mean backing out of tough lobbies, playing with good ppl in your party, tailoring your strategy to the playlist’s CSR calculation, not allowing JIP and just being a general tryhard.

FAQs

By “tailoring your strategy to the playlist’s CSR calculation” I’m referring to the fact that CSR is calculated differently in different playlists. In BTB, it’s all about your personal score, go ahead and die 20 times if it means you’ll get 20 kills too. But in team slayer, going 20-20 won’t help your team much, so dial it down a bit so you die less and go something like 15-10. Going plus 5 every game will help your team win often.

JIP = Join In Progress and can be stopped by switching your XBL settings to “my 360 only” in the setting menu.

not if ur good.

Playing Rumble Pit for a 50 shouldn’t take too long. After 45 it takes around 4 games a csr increase. Around 48-50 it took me 5 to 6 games an increase. The only problem around 45 is you are punished a lot more for losing. I went on a hot streak of 12 wins or something around 47, lost 1 game and went down to 46. Same thing happened in 48.

Also playing individuals rather than team are better for an increase in csr. Team playlists you are rated on win/loss, where individual you are rated on skill performance, also winning on those playlists practically guarantees a level or so.

It’s my favorite playlist. I’m still a csr 46 but I don’t really care XD

In my opinion it is easy a promotion until 40, after that, your ascent becomes more complicated, and losing affects too much, since qie sun being in a winning streak, you usually lower a level of CSR
