How are you checking what platform these people are playing on?
You do see the hypocrisy in what you say right? You’ve never played on m&k before yet you know it is the problem. All of the figures that have been released show that the m&k players, in terms of accuracy, can’t compete with us on controller. You know better.
It really sounds like you’ve just hit your wall. You’ve ranked up so well that now the players are getting really difficult. I get it. When I play with a Diamond mate it’s like I’m playing a totally different game from when I solo queue in Onyx. Onyx is really difficult.
I did hear that PC with controller has more aim assist and I do think it’s true. Since I have both I’ve tested it. That’s something to really cause a stir about.
If being able to 180 spin your character in less than a second does not matter how is it a viable strategy mid game since that whole thing started in halo 3 when players started ramping up their look speed. Which mind you had no crossplay or access to mouse and keyboard. I’m just saying that’s 1 advantage the second is being able to change that on the fly or even mid spin. Which can be just a key bind. That mixed with using your hand instead of your thumb changes your look speed and precision as well. While it was natural for me to just move the mouse cursor with their head that’s just years of hand eye coordination 20+ years of gaming across many consoles and controller styles can easily help that. Then you’ve got performance specs and the ability to upgrade said specs on pc plus knocking back some graphic requirements makes speed your biggest ally. Then address the lower ping and higher frame rates for pc. The advantages go on and on and on. Using the series x it’s like maybe having a mid tier pc to low grade that can do a lot really well but cant hit the big numbers like a high spec pc can as well as having processing limitations that pc can expand on while consoles are stuck to their pre determined limit. It’s not just mouse and keyboard I like using that as an opening since it drags the pc players out to actually admit to all the other items and advantages that werent mentioned to begin with
The one and only thing this game needs is input matchmaking thats it. crossplay is perfectly fine.
and if people still say pc vs console is not fair due to fps etc etc just limit ranked to like 120fps as thats what the series x can do.

The series x still gets high ping from time to time it’s what I personally play on plus the frames are directly related to the ping. So while a good idea it’s still part of the reason we want to option to turn it off after all with how much pc populates this game you wouldnt have trouble finding a game plus not all console players are going to shut it off so you’ll still match with them. Giving the option to disable it is a win win lose a win on console because we stop -Yoink!- about always having to play pc players when we dont want to pc wins for the same reason but also loses in the fact that there are now less players for them to match against. They tried easing it with a controller only ranked setting but it’s too easily spoofed and bamboozled. I dont put it past people to take any advantage they can get that’s why the easiest suggestion I have is to make crossplay a disabled feature by giving us the option to turn it off. Every other game does that now why is 343 allowed to be any different in that regard. I mean as consumers we have the power to decide on giving money or letting the company die. After all this game was twice as expensive as gta v but rockstar didnt lose its player base due to its server issues or its multiplayer experience like halo is. I mean people are getting banned hardcore over the DC issues currently active and like with warzone pc has killed the console player base on the multiplayer side. While 2019 mw had the option to turn it off in normal multiplayer it was forced in warzone which due to cheating on a high scale people stopped playing to the point where you cant find a game without the skill being all over the place from crappy players who lose every fight to straight teams full of mvps and mlg players.
If you plugged in m&k and got these crazy high accuracy stats then you’re in the wrong game. Get yourself on PC and go professional if you’re such a natural.
How you structure your responses is an eyesore. It’s so much effort to try to decrypt what you’ve said.
I find it quite disturbing that you’ve gone to the trouble of looking up my real name. I certainly hope everyone else doesn’t read the news tomorrow with the headline ‘Gamer murders other player for disagreeing with him online’.

I read this thinking you were a MnK player but then got further and you said you were on console.
Now I’m confused.
Why would crossplay be making you lose, when you have the advantage?

What is my advantage on console? Aim assist? I dont see that as much of an advantage when everyone has it not just myself. Now while m&k doesnt have aim assist the pc functionality and specs can be much higher than even our best systems. Plus with the direct connections higher ram and smaller input delays pc players can gain heavy advantages over console. I’ve plugged m&k into my console as we’ve recently been able to do that since the xbox one s. I did this so I could see how easy it was to use said items. Where I end up facing the issue with crossplay is all of the distinct advantages they have over consoles plus the ability to cue up with controller only to disconnect the controller when the game starts. If your accuracy on average is higher than 50% on m&k than using a controller would just be a waste of time as that’s the average controller accuracy with aim assist. Speaking on aim assist I just looked into it and found it can be turned off. Which I would assume some players do to make up for how it can also work against you if you’re doing to good (by this I mean it will purposefully move your cursor off the body to reduce your accuracy and cause you to lose the gunfight)
Crossplay is great, by far. Allows so many more people to be in queue, reducing queue time and keeping kiddos from clocking out when they get bored after 13 seconds.
K/M users are at a distinct disadvantage to controller with aim assist alone. Trying to use K/M in Infinite is horrific compared to how buttery smooth controller feels.
Even switching sensitivity up on the fly is a one in ten million issue. And as a related aside, Halo is a shooter after all, not a beat 'em up. If your opponent is in a position where they’re paying that much attention to detail to turn around like that and swap back their sensitivity, they were going to mop the floor with you that match regardless of input, because that is the definition of sweat.
Crossplay is great yes when everyone is on the same playing field or in coop games like back for blood. As for the aim assist that’s the only thing I actually hear from pc players and honestly the amount of people that complain about controllers having aim assist or that it makes the game easier is actually insignificant compared to the actual amount of pc players there are. Just as the amount of us wanting the option to turn off crossplay is a small insignificant amount compared to all console players. But due to a lot of players on console leaving the game the number wanting the option to turn crossplay off has gone up pretty significantly to where about half the console player base agrees now the option should be there.
Note that the player base has not dwindled solely on matchmaking but the overall lackluster of the game as well.
Second note as for the pc side of things pc players are more dedicated to their games as most get a gaming pc with the intent to game a lot on it and spend a lot of time using said item while halo is not the only game they may play the specs they use are a clear grade above what console players have in any given game.
Third note: no longer will the excuse be accepted that pc players may not have an incline to disconnect their controllers due to the high function of aim assist. as we do not have any data that can be collected on this particular item. I mean if they’re doing it then clearly they’re dishonest already so no intent in trusting they wouldnt lie about weather they actually did or did not disconnect the controller
Aim assist cannot be turned off. Where did you look this up?
your wrong on this part.
the concole players have make it all clear on day 1 when 343i told the news about that halo infinite also gets the crossplay system.
so back then it was all make clear by a big group off concole players that there wane see crossplay for halo infinite to become a option that there can turn it off since there not wane play with any PC players.
and if you wane see proof then i can show it to you if you wane see it.
So I was dumb and tired at the point I typed that I remember some games do have the ability but after pulling up halo infinite and looking through the settings I couldnt find the option which is weird since I do remember seeing it under u or accessibility currently checking mcc and cant find it so maybe it was never an option in halo or maybe it was in older halos and I’m just dumb because I dont feel like installing 1 -5 to check
Honestly idk if people just blaming crossplay to cope or what. I’ve been rekt plenty by an Xboxer with a controller to know that it’s either a serious skill issue or a serious networking issue.

When pc guys say that they’re just gaslighting. They don’t actually mean it. They say that on every site about any game so the devs don’t put them in their own lobbies. When people asked game developers years ago to make it so we could play with other platforms, we didn’t mean with computers. It should never include them. At the least the option to block them out should always be an option.

I wouldnt say never I have fun in plenty of games with my pc buddies just not competitive games. Casual or coop is really one thing in comparison to hey you gotta fight this guy who can no scope cross map you like the wings off a fly from 500 meters. Theres a big jump in ridiculous there. As for the gaslighting its obnoxiously obvious when they do it 99.9% of the time you can easily prove them wrong they’re just stubborn

Yea cause hardware doesn’t do nothing when ur gpu alone is worth double then our whole console y’all pc people are delusional and always say the same stuff u just want cross because 1 u need us to get games two u want easy wins u get with a unfair advantage if I get a car like a Ferrari that’s worth more then double ur car let’s say a crap Ford Focus in what world would u have to live in to think that I’m the better driver because I beat u in a race with my car that’s worth way more it’s simple y’all pathetic and have no integrity end cross plat once and for all cya pc peasants

Yeah, so I have an Xbox 360 S, One S, One X, Series S, Series X and a PC. Does that still make me one of those “PC people”?
Perfect example. Let’s say you do have a Ferrari and I have a Focus. We enter the same race but now they take your Ferrari and they pull some plugs so you’re not running on all cylinders. They adjust your brakes so you have to brake way earlier in the corners, and they add 500lbs to your Ferrari. Now, my Focus they drop in a Ford performance racing engine, with 650HP. Give me racing slicks and advanced driver a i d s. They thought this would balance the two cars but it didn’t, the Focus will lap the Ferrari.
That is actually a misguided statement even in those circumstances the Ferrari would still win as the engine you stated is pretty weak against Italian engines especially those of a supercars even with the focus having slicks those are only good for a straight line if theres any turning itll be no different than the ferraris weakend brakes which is something that cant be done due to safety standards same with pulling plugs despite the small power loss it wouldnt be as great as you think with most of those engines running of 8-10 cylinders standard.
Edit:because I’m an idiot and forgot to address the weight addition to the Ferrari. 2 things on that one the added weight would help with traction, aerodynamics, and braking times, 2 it’s only affecting acceleration not top speed.
I get it’s supposed to be an example of how pc differs but in reality all m&k loses which can be gained by connecting a controller is the aim assist at which point you lose both precision ability and look speed just for the aim assist that everyone thinks is so amazing.
Look the difference is clear when all one end has to complain about is something given to every player by simply connecting a controller your argument is invalid unless pc has something of significance here I think its pretty clear. Where xbox constantly comes in clutch with the win here is because the performance and specs of each system has a giant gap between them plus the advantages that already come from pc gaming to begin with. Again not asking for its total removal as I’d love to play campaign with my pc buddies or maybe even a firefight mode if its added but I wont play any form of multiplayer against them. While they have a hard time beating me or keeping up with me on console if they get on their pc they stomp me hard a clear indicator of this is bungie’s new famous game destiny. They just added crossplay a bit ago before I was usually beating my friends. Now I cant even touch them due to the precision differences between aim assist and non aim assist and these are people who I’ve gamed with for the past year and have watched their skill grow with mine. PC is a joke when they complain it’s literally a gaslighting competition of what’s the dumbest thing they can complain about.
Honestly if pc isnt gaslighting give me one other logically viable reason that isnt aim assist is giving console better accuracy
I guess you missed the part where I said they also pulled some plugs in the Ferrari? And the brakes? Anyway…
Who knows what the specs are of the users PC. What if they’re using minimum hardware? I think using PC specs is irrelevant.
Like I said, over and over again it’s not necessarily the aim assist giving controllers the upper hand. It’s the stronger bullet magnetism.
Again, I have both PC and just about every Xbox. OG, 360 S, One S, One X, Series S and Series X. I’m telling you from first hand experience.
