(Personally) I think the halo MCC crosshairs are too big, perhaps a toggleable option to make crosshairs smaller would suffice.
The crosshairs size is relative to the “aim assist” cone of the weapon. Which means it is scaled to represent the area of the screen where you will get aim assist on controller, as well as bullet magnetism on both m&k and controller, and it is actually slightly smaller for most weapons than the actual radius of the magnetism cone already (for the BR for example, the radius is actually the circle from the outer tips of the crosshairs as opposed to the visible circle itself)
