Cross-Play/Progression in HW:DE & HW2?

Hello all!

My question for all of you today:

“Will Cross-Play and/or Cross-Progression ever come to Halo Wars: Definitive Edition and/or Halo Wars 2?”

I’ve really enjoyed both games, having Halo Wars: DE on Steam and Halo Wars 2 on the Windows Store with Game Pass is such a incredible thing to have and I would love to see the addition of Cross-Play with the Xbox community and the Cross-Progression to be set for unlocking achievements and story/multiplayer unlocks on both platforms.

Has there been anything officially said about these features? If so, will it be coming to Steam for HW:DE and will Halo Wars 2 ever come over to Steam, as well?
It’d be pretty sweet to see the MCC PC style of road map happen to those games, as well. It’d be a great way to keep the Halo Wars community thriving! :slight_smile:

No, DE hasn’t been touched at all so I doubt it would get anything
