I say yes because this would further connect the two platforms and ensure that Halo Wars keeps a healthy multiplayer population regardless of who gets what version.
I said yes because I would love play with friends who haven’t got xbox… But I don’t want to see Halo go out the xbox platforme

It depends. if the controls are simple, it wont make that much of a difference.

You can remove the advantage of PC games by having the same limitations Consoles have. In the end the game would be the same just more versatile of where you can play it.
With the New Xbox One Experience being based somewhat on Windows 10, and the game being released on both XONE and PCs, it would make sense to have cross platform multiplayer. Unless there was an unfair advantage due to control schemes or something.
