I don’t understand this achievement i’ve prolly killed 6+ people with my DMR on every slayer possible and still havn’t gotten it all kills where from so far away that my Crosshairs wasn’t even red anymore. soo can’t go any further then that…
and one know of any speical kinda level i need to be on or something…

I won’t point out that this is the wrong forum for this, but instead tell you how to do it.
For the “Cross Mappin” achievement, it’s not so much how far away you are, but more how large the map is.
The easiest way to get it is to set up on the Blood Gulch remake at one of the alcoves, or one of the cliffs.
All you have to do is shoot and kill some one on the opposing cliff or alcove.

Go to where the red team’s receiver teleporter is and DMR somebody up on the cliff near the blue base, that should get you it. 
Have you bought the DLC? I can’t remember if they were DLC specific maps or not (regardless, you still need to buy it).
You can also get this acheivement by yourself with a second controller in split-screen.

The achievement says: In a matchmade game, so custom games won’t work, the best way is just play BTB, go for long range kills and hope for the best. I got the achievement on Boneyard
I did it on Powerhouse in TS. Just stand where everyone likes to sit in Living Dead and pick off someone across the map. It’s that easy.
I got this on Boardwalk. I was standing on the bridge to red teams sniper platform, and DMR’ed a guy standing on the balcony above blue team’s initial spawn. The only DLC I have is Anniversary.
I did mine on Powerhouse.
Had a buddy as far in the back corner of the map, and I stood completely across the map by the barrels (above rockets sorta).

Yes and no. The original Noble and Defiant achievements are able to be gotten by anyone now, I think. The new Defiant/Anniversary ones are locked. I thought Cross Mappin’ was a game shipped achievement though?
(I could be mistaken on both the original map pack achievements being attainable but I know for sure at least one of them are.)

It wasn’t shipped, it came with either the first or second DLC map pack (I think first). They also weren’t locked to any specific map, which was more annoying when 343i released the new achievements for Anniversary because they locked some achievements to the Deviant and Noble maps only.
But in recent years Microsoft have been doing this thing where if you don’t buy DLC that comes with achievements then they won’t be on your list and your completion will be based on your own list, not counting the extra achievements.
I don’t know if it was accidental or intentional but when Anniversary launched, the other map pack achievements were unlocked for everyone to get. Again, I’m struggling to remember if it was both Noble AND Defiant or just Noble.
I got this on Broadwalk on SWAT. On the Bridge to balcony I head shotted a player on back wall.
Yes you need a Noble map which means you need Breakpoint so hide at a rock in the back or on the bridge above the rockets building and wait for a partner to damage somebody in the tunnel or on the cliff and Assist for your kill acheivment
When I got this one I was on spire and was at the base of the spire shooting a falcon at the top of the spire. It blew up and I got the acheivement. It didn’t seem that far away but it worked nonetheless.
You need the Noble Map Pack for this achievement. The easiest way, I think, is to have a friend and go into Rumble Pit. Look for Slayer DMRs on Pinnacle. Have your friend stand at the edge of the landing pad and jump off while you are at the sniper tower on the other side. Shoot him as he falls to his death, and the achievement will come. And yes, it is distance, not map size.
You don’t need the dlc anymore.
I got this from the peak of the mountain in Paradiso, on someone near the shoreline. Easy enough to do.
