Personally I think it’s a little bit much, but there’s obviously room for improvement if people want to make the absolute most disgusting looking armor imaginable. I used that one as more or less as an example.

If they allow everything to be mixed and matched I’m sure plenty of it will have to be changed from core to core so it doesn’t clip horrifically with the different cores.
Although, they may just restrict said items so that never happens in the first place. Just go from piece to piece and only allow pieces that fit. Adjusting everything so that it works cross core would probably require quite of bit of extra work.
Then there’s the possibility to make master pieces like this that I saw in TF2 lol:

@ChaosFlame10000 Never said i was against it. But there is a difference between wanting something for the greater good, than to demand it. Those devs wont see that improving the game so that players can have fun, but they will see that improving the game because someone forced them to. Same goes for you. There is a difference in quitting a game because you whole heartedly find it unfun, than to quit a game because the staff banned you. Again, i am not fighting against these changes, but the devs want this game to be fun just as much as you do, and forcing someone to make changes is much different than someone making changes because they think people will like them.

Imagine having a group of friends, you guys would go outside and hang out every now and then. Would you like it if those friends came to your door and demand you come outside? Cross core will lead to even more strange art style clashes.
The Mark VII is sleek armor of curved flats, while Mark V Bravo is more industrious with edged flats, Yoroi is literally traditional armor from oriental origins, and the Dieselpunk armor is crude machinery.
VERY FEW items will work cross-core.

i dont care, ever since i started doing 3D modelling i can tell you all the armor is halo and it all does together its up to the player how they look if you dont like it you can shove it
