The team that you and your friends are in Spartan Ops is called Crimson. I had a theory that crimson is killed off either by Jul and his elites. Now do you think that this is possible?
I ask because i remember hearing that you wouldn’t be Crimson the whole time during Spartan ops that you would be them for a little while then you would be on majestic or another Spartan Team. Also the achievement Dedicated to Crimson seems to point that way as well. So what do you think about Crimson’s fate?

You remember at the end of Reach how 6 went out guns blazing? If they do die to Jul and his cronies i imagine thats exactly how crimson will go down.

Thats exactly what i was thinking.
I would be pretty sad if Crimson dies, but I feel like seeing the most reliable Spartan squad on the Infinity go down would help spur some character development for others, particularly the spartans of Majestic and it would make this conflict a whole lot more serious to them.
Wait… They would kill us off? Crimson is the team name for the players, how could they kill us off?!
Maybe at the end of season 1. Or maybe we will fill in another spartan team, but i doubt we will go down the same way as noble 6.
There were 13 other spartan squads stationed on the Infinity besides Crimson:
It’s possible for us to take control of any of the other squads and still maintain total control over the identity of our spartan, with the exception of the first three squads, so that leaves ten squads that we could assume control of after Crimson dies.
The possibilities are endless. Lol

I was going to say that Bungie killed the player character off in Reach but you already made note of that.
