Same thing I was going to ask, you ar not the only one with the issue, it seems like 343 might have ballsed this one up as well, no one with LE seems to be able to find out where to d/l the maps without getting charged again.

It’s not hard to figure out where to download it, given that they tell you all over the place. You download it from the in-game (!!) “Xbox LIVE Marketplace”. It’s just that the free download is not available yet. And it probably won’t be for a while.
LE owner too but I have played too many games to still get frustrated by lengthy or delayed patches or additional content.
What is that in U.S time
There is more then one timezone in USA. Mountain, Pacific, Eastern, Central.
