How I found out:
My friend decided to go to Waypoint, looked at some stuff, like how to unlock the Raider DSTT Torso and Helmet, then went to the Dashboard, then loaded up Halo 4, and there it was. I didn’t believe him, but I Dashboarded, loaded up Halo 4, and there it was.
