You have the Limited Edition or buy the Map Pass?

If you buy the normal edtion the Crisom Pack was “open” for a week as part of a Microsoft promotional week.

If you buy the Limited Edition and Map Pass, first try to reboot the console, if doesnt work update your situation and let see what we can do.
