Crimson DLC not validated??

First let me say that I purchased the Halo 4 special edition xbox. This came with everything I needed. Now when I downloaded the Crimson Map pack the other day I was able to play it. Now whenever I get on Halo, it loads by saying “Unable to Validate Please make sure you are connected to Xbox LIVE and have the War Games Pass downloaded.” I then click ok and am able to play matchmaking. However, I am not allowed to play the Crimson Maps. I checked in my system memory and it shows that I have crimson map pack downloaded as well as War Games Pass. Can someone please help me out?

Did you buy the war games season pass?

Delete and redownload.

Limited edition xbox didn’t come with the map pass. Did you mean limited edition game?

I am season pass holder today after update it says unable to validate my season pass. why is this, it was purchased worth the standard edition game and redeemed. maps worked for days now im not allowed. really bad service with recent issues about these maps quite ticked off please help

ok go to your home screen

then go to settings

then go to account

then go to download history

then download map pass again

if this doesnt work, good luck

If you bought the LE it is in the “Infinity Actual Kit”

standard edition game bought with season pass on release night, I bought pass separate and redeemed no problem, can’t find any kit unfortunately any other suggestions

then you need to delete the DLC
then go into halo4 menu and download fromn the xbox live marketplace ingame
not from download history or dashboard marketplace

it will show up as soon as you aCCess the ingame marketplace

so I delete crimson pack, no trace of seasonpass and went bak to game marketplace and it not redirecting just showing option to buy along with avatar items, it won’t let me redownload the pass or maps asking for purchase of both. now by deleting that pack I have no evidence of seasonpass at all redeem code obviously doesn’t work, any ideas?

downloaded crimson again from history, in-game says cannot validate war games pass still…343 awfully service so far,
