BS Angel said we would get these new maps in other playlists as well as the dedicated DLC playlist, 10 searches later and I’m not seeing Harvest in Infinity Slayer. I would just play the DLC playlist but I don’t want to just play oddball, extraction and king of the hill.
The people you match with must have the DLC in order for the map to appear. You are getting matched with ones that don’t have it.
Best thing to do is get a full party going. I’m sure many people have still haven’t got the DLC yet. I’d wait for a day or two before even trying to search in other playlists for DLC. To be honest though I really doubt you’re going to play on DLC too often in any other playlist. They said they gave it a heavy weighting and they try to match you up with others that have the maps but I doubt they’ll actually come up often. My best advice is this… If you ever get in a game where you are playing DLC try not to leave the current players.
There’s supposed to be a “formula” matching me with people that have the dlc according to BS Angel.
Sorry to say it but they should do what cod does and give people a dlc specific playlist for each playlist, so Infinity Slayer > DLC, or Swat > DLC. This is like Reach again where I’d pay for maps and never get to play them. 
Unless I want to play game-types 343 and other players have decided for me like oddball, extraction and king of the hill
