Crewman HD: Why do they all have the some colored uniforms?

You know in the original game, and graphics they have different colors which would probably represent their role. Just like the colors an an Aircraft carrier.
Crewman Colors:
-Red.
-Blue.
-Gray?
-Orange.
-Yellow.

But in the HD Graphics they are all wearing a gray uniform. So my question is. For the HD graphics why did they change them to be wearing the same colored uniform. But in the original game, and graphics they were wearing different colored uniforms?

The model they used was a Reach model which didn’t have colours, just gray, there is no canon reason behind it.

It’s a symbolic representation of Google destroying YouTube channels with their so-called consistency. 343 saw it coming months ago!! How fitting that the end was nigh on the 7th of the month (March)…

But really though, the crewmen really didn’t seem to have much of a difference in role, compared to the workers in H3.
