The problem is that I excluded to earn credits for no reason, because I do not use hack in the game. I want to know the reason or time.
Zoltarwar Credit bans are usually given for AFk activity. They detect this by looking at games with zero kills. They deem that any player earning no kills in a match was away fro their controller and not playing the game. I had a look at your game history and over your last 100 games you had 13 games wityh zero kills. I wont judge you on why but i will say this may of been enough zero kill games to come under the banhammers radar. If you were quitting those games early before you get a kill then i suggest you get at least one kill before you quit the game.
If it is not the above then what can also trigger a credit ban for you is if you had a guest account getting zero kills in a some games or another account on your console getting zero kills will also result in a ban as the credit ban is applied to the console and not the account.
The good news is that if this is your first credit ban in only lasts between 24 - 48 hours. further bans will get longer so if the ban lasts more than 2 days then you have had this ban before and may wait up to 2 weeks. further offences after that can lead to month long bans and permenant bans as well.
Please remeber that no one from 343 monitors these forums. the answers to your problems come from other players like you and me who are just trying to help.
ohh I see. in games that I have zero deaths is because I had to leave and did not know the fined for having zero deaths in a game. not happen again.

If you look at the top right of the page when your on Waypoint you will see a button that says " CAREER". Click on that and then click on the “game history” button in the middle top and you will see your game history.
