I was wondering what determines if you get credit for taking down a boss in warzone (firefight or regular). One game I singlehandedly caused a knight’s health to go down 50% but was not able to finish it off and got no credit for the takedown. just curious if there’s a time component to it, in addition to any damage requirement needed.
I thought it was based on killshot. Am I wrong in this?
He is not asking how do you progress the commendation but what are the requirements for getting the medal in game.
I think you have to have damaged him a certain time length before his death for it to count because like you said I have spanked him but then been distracted and not received credit before.
The answer is nobody knows because their mechanics are not public knowledge, the best you’ll get is observed supposition like mine and your own!
However it works there are some issues, I’ve gotten credit for bosses after respawning at the other end of the map following the 20 sec timer.
