It seems that there is a 10% credit discount applied in the store now. It wasn’t there on launch day and I bought the $100 credits. It’s now $90!
I can’t get through to Xbox Support at all right now through chat or phones. Has anybody had any luck getting info on if the earliest people to buy-in will be receiving either extra credits or a refund?
I’m in the same boat. Some people on r/Halo indicated they got the difference refunded. But I had no luck with MS Support, Halo Support, or the MS refund process. Mostly got the runaround, like the website giving me a phone number that led to an automated system telling me help billing help was on the website. Infuriating. And the Refund process gave me a quick denial saying “We don’t issue refunds for digital items that have been used”
In reality, I don’t want a refund, I want a price adjustment. And I can’t seem to get in touch with a human being who I can get to understand that.
