Hi I logged onto Xbox live last night 2/14/17 and learned that my account was banned from earning credits, my track record shows perfect record and good reputation, I’ve spoken to two representatives and they told me there was no ban showing on my account, not sure what I did to receive the ban but would to like to resolve the issue, thanks
