Hi all!
I’m in need of some help, I just recently got banned this morning for credit farming in campaign. The two messages came up and said console and account ban for 2 weeks from acquiring credits. Honestly, I have no idea how it happened. I thought I was following the rules and such. I don’t follow the weekly posts but have done deep research and i cant find what i did wrong. I didn’t disconnect my internet, change time on console or anything, I just kept reverting to save to get kills so that I can rank up, and I was going clear to the credit cap of 200,000 a day. Please Help!! and Thanks!
Did you:
- AFK during the campaign?
- Reset your game to get daily challenges over and over again
- Go over the daily credit limit?
Most likely you were letting the AI do all the work or you were farming daily challenges. Don’t worry, the ban will be over soon.

Dude i have looked at your stats and agree that you were doing nothing that i have seen others banned for. p[lenty of people do the Sword base glitch with Custom Challenges and dont get banned. I have heard that doing CC can bypass the daily credit limit cap and that is the only thing i can think of you might have done to warrant a ban.
If i were you i would PM BS Angel (the 343 community officer) or Total Sellout ( 343 admin team)and ask them if they could look at your ban as it just doesnt seem right.
Thanks NachoMan75 and Slayer of Flood! I thought that was the case, especially what you said Slayer of Flood. I did PM BS Angel but haven’t gotten a response yet. I will try Total Sellout though and see if they can do anything. I will report back what I find out as well. Thanks again!

Dont hold your breath waiting for a reply but it is about your only chance of getting someone to look into it. Good Luck and if nothing happens see you back online after your ban.
Thanks, yeah I wont hold my breath. I’ll just keep playing when my ban is up. So, Slayer of Flood, you seem to be very knowledgeable on this stuff, if you were me, what would you do?? Would you go back and do the custom challenges but only go to 175,000 credits instead of 200,000? Or would you find another way to rank up fast?? I really don’t know what to do but I don’t wanna get banned again.

My last million credits to Inheritor i did this way as i got sick of waiting and i wanted the Haunted Helmet.
You are probably doing the 5 x 5K challenges at a time and picking up 25k in credits with each set of CCs. I just used do it 8 times and then i knew i had done 200K and then just went and played MM. By the time i got to play MM it was already telling me i had a temp ban from earning credit but that reset every night at midnight.
If you are really worried then just do say 7 x 25K sets and then on the 8th one only set 4 challenges. That will give you 195k and then you can play a couple of MM games or you could make up the other 5k from Commendations unless they are already maxed out.

Ok that works, so just one more thing, how does one actually bypass the credit limit?? I think this is what happened to me. Is there a certain time of night to stay away from (like 11:00PM to 1:00PM) when the credits go and reset for a new day?? I think im just gonna quit custom challenges around 10:00PM to be on the safe side. I think im also only going to go to 175,000 credits for the day. That way, I wont be stepping into dangerous grounds maybe. If you can answer back with your thoughts on it, that would be great. Any additional info is appreciated too.
