Creating Challenges

OK, used the search feature without finding an answer to this.

I don’t have ATLAS, phone won’t support it. I remember seeing,(maybe I imagined it?),when creating challenges you could specify certain medals to be obtained for the challenge,Dream Crusher and so on. I am not seeing this option in Waypoint when creating challenges, it’s all very basic stuff. So, is it only on ATLAS that you can tweak and specify challenges to a greater detail or am I missing something on Waypoint?

Nope according to my understanding Atlas isn’t really related to Challenges at all. All you see here is all you get.
