Hello everyone. Feel free to say your ideas on your own Spartan armor idea, weapon, vehicle, AA, support upgrade, tactical package, or even a type of enemy.

Here are mine.

Faction: Forerunner

Name: Promethean Matter Disruptor (PMD)

Ammo Type/Max Ammo/Ammo per clip: Battery Unit/100/100

Description: The PMD is a gun that shoots a barely visible, strait line of wavering energy that when it comes in contact with a solid mass of atoms instantly begins to excite and tear apart the atoms and their electrons, neutrons, etc. causing the target to literally rip apart into atom dust. The PMD’s damage ranges from one pull of the trigger releasing a shot (worth 2 battery units) that strips 1/3 of a Spartan’s shields, but the longer that the trigger is held, the more damage the shot does.

So one second of holding the trigger damages Spartan shielding, 2 seconds causes a Spartan to be disintegrated and spends 10 battery units, 3 seconds can destroy a warthog and anything smaller spending 20 battery units, and finally 4 seconds is strong enough to rip a tank to nothing, spending 33 battery units! There are lights on the side of the gun telling how many seconds are being charged.

The PMD has a 5x scope and a 10x scope and has a reticle the size of a sniper rifle’s because of its dead accuracy. Also, when the gun hits its target, any nearby solid would be affected by the gun’s energy field jump, meaning that the gun’s affect can jump from one person to another (friend or foe), but weakens down a charge every jump. That means that if you shot someone with a 4 second charge and there was someone right next to them, the jump the next person would only be 3 seconds worth or power. The PMD was created to eliminate large flood biomasses or support ships.

Name: Promethean Juggernaut

Description: The Juggernaut is a 12ft tall giant Promethean AI that has two giant hands used for deadly cqc battle, Has a mild light repeater attached to its head, and runs on all four unless fighting with its two forearms. The Juggernaut has a very high defense and can run as fast as a sprinting Spartan. When defeated, the Juggernaut with self destruct 5 seconds after death with the explosion radius of a wraith shot. Juggernauts were used by the forerunners to plow into flood ground forces and fight until they were destroyed only to explode as a last attempt to destroy flood troops.

Name: Gravity push

Duration/Recharge: 3 seconds/5 seconds

Description: The gravity push was an armor ability developed out of inspiration by the gravity hammer to be used by armor wearing troops. The user releases a powerful surge of energy from their hands repelling any light vehicle or close range enemy or reflecting weapon fire causing mid health or half of energy shield damage or mild damage to the vehicle. Gravity push was mainly created to repel incoming fire, prevent splatters, damage close range foes, or send infantry targets off high drops.

Uses energy (with standard 100%)

Same skin as plasma repeater. It does higher damage than a plasma repeater would but with no spread. However it has a shorter amount of time it can fire before overheating. If you stop firing and lit it cooldown before it overheats it’s cool-down is almost instant. But involuntary overheats will take 3 seconds. It can also zoom in. (Automatic Plasma wep btw)

Name: Needle Launcher

Type: Weapon

Niche: close-medium

Uses Ammo, only one shot per clip.

It looks like a longer version of the needle rifle with a longer needle used for firing. It shoots one needle with attributes like a sniper rifle round. Has SLIGHT auto aim at closer ranges.

Faction: Covenant

Name: Power Rifle (Ya I know, I’m not very good at naming things.)

Type: Weapon

Niche: Close, possibly medium if you’re good.

Uses ammo, 6 shots per clip.

The skin of its shots would look similar to skinnier versions of the concussion rifles.
The skin of the gun would probably be similar to a double barreled brute shot.
Its damage would be a three hit kill (If ALL 3 were in head) It’s unique in that its cursor consists of 2 small circles one on top of the other. On the first shot it will fire out of the top and on the second it will fire out of the bottom and so on. This makes it harder t use but its is very rewarding if you can get a feel for the pattern.
It would have slight pushback on infantry and decent pushback on vehicles. (But not enough that you can tip over a mongoose with one shot. Would kill in five shots if all are on body. Has a signifigantly faster rate of fire than either brute shot or concussion rifle but is still semi-automatic.

Faction: Covenant

Name: Ion Pistol

Niche: Close, mainly used as a secondary gun but can be primary if used well.

Uses energy, standard 100% Each shot takes 10 points.

For its skin think a covenant version of the pistol. The skin of its shots would be like shooting a green cylinder each the length of your spartans wrist to elbow. It has a kill time of 3 shots( if all in head.) Its cool-down time is 3 shots. It’s semi-automatic but has a slow ROF. Can kill someone without any shields in one hit, making it a great secondary.

Name: Alpaca

Description:

The UNSC Alpaca B4H-H, also known as the Battle Heavy-Hardware Mark 4, is the UNSC’s fiercest Camiled to be used in action. The Alpaca was used in The Alpacalyptic Conflict in the year 2554, when the highly controversial, and still active Insurrectionist forces repelled against the Human-Sangheili truce.

Just as the Spartans were developed to combat these rebels, the Alpaca was sought to be the UNSC’s best chance at ending the conflict in a peaceful manner.
Also similar in fashion, the Alpaca was kidnapped from his or her processing plant, leaving behind their past, and turning them into hardened, killing machines.

The Alpaca seats 1 combatant, who wields the all mighty Alpaca Stick. This stick uses both Forerunner and Covenant tech to create a small twig with a carrot tied to the end of it. The Alpaca Stick is how the combatant maneuvers the Alpaca, though this only has a 43.6% success rate. The Alpaca can then continuously “bah” at insurgents, causing enough annoyance to the enemy, and, in extreme cases, bleeding from the ear canal.

The Alpaca is a genetically modified Llama, fused with Huragok DNA, and Forerunner technology, despite various other claims. Due to Alpaca’s unstoppable power, and resilient design, the Alpacalypse lasted only a mere 4 weeks, and is also dubbed “The Month-Long War.”

The B4H-H has since been de-commissioned, as it has been banned in all of the inner-colonies for being far too dangerous, in anyone’s hands.

Although both resilient in design, genius in nature, and effective in combat, many Alpacas fell in the Month-Long War, causing a great depression in the galaxy.
This both effective, yet controversial program, officially titled The Alpaca II Program, (after the failure of the PROJECT: CAMEL) was developed by war veteran, now one of ONI’s lead-researchers, Dr. Chips Dubbo, who also developed PROJECT: CAMEL.
The future of Dubbo’s Alpaca project looks grim, though he aims to improve upon his work, and produce more Alpacas, with a higher disposability rate, while maintaining substantial resources left in UNSC reserve.


In all seriousness, just give me an MA5K for Halo 4 and I’d be really happy.
It could act like the Suppressed SMG, but with better accuracy or something.

Vehicle: Satyr
(Satellite-Uplink Reconnaissance) Or Sat-R

Faction- UNSC

Description- A two legged running vehicle outfitted to carry a single driver across any terrain. Its rather small but has a large rifle attached to the top. When being driven, the rifle has a toggle zoom capable of zooming in on almost range. The rounds are slow by it only takes two rounds to take out a tank and one round to take out a single standard enemy soldier. Its effectively a super-sniper.

The real advantage of the vehicle comes from being outside of it. The Satyr can be put into lockdown causing the legs to fold in and the walker to position itself on the ground while ejecting the driver. The back of the vehicle then displays a computer uplink to a satellite or drone traveling a mile above the battlefield. From the computer an enhanced radar can be activated for all allied players even if radar is unavailable. A huge tactical advantage in certain gametypes. The player using the uplink can also see a full view of the battlefield as well as the location of all enemy forces. You can then place beacons on the map visible to your own forces.

I probably should have added more. The Satyr doesn’t have crap for armor. It can kill anything it sees but only through a scope so its field of vision is limited when in firing mode. Stationary mode it cant shoot at all. If you think the idea of seeing the location of your enemy is overpowered; then it was the point. The Satyr is set up for multiplayer team slayer. If both teams have one then the objective is to gain the upperhand by destroying the enemy team’s Satyr. If one team has one then its like a vehicle VIP.

Acid Gun
Faction: Insurgency
Range: Medium
Firing rate: slow
(5 rounds a clip, 1 round per sec.)
Sometimes illegally carried by UNSC in worlds far away from strict weapon control, the acid gun does not actually fire acid. It shoots a single shell full of a mercury like substance.
It is ineffective against shields but is certain death against any defenseless opponent. The initial damage upon impact is little but the real bread and butter of the gun is that it slowly kills its victim. The health of an average Spartan hit by an acid round fully deteriorates in two minute’s time. Not very useful in a life or death situation. But death IS assured and the more rounds you put into a target the faster they die.

Here’s an Idea for an AA…

Dual Wield.
Just like it says, it would allow you to dual wield two small weapons, like Halo 2 & 3. Since there are folks out there who are disappointed we can no longer do so, this would have been a good way to give us that option. It shouldn’t have a meter that drains or anything, just walk up to another small weapon and hold down the AA button and pick it up.
Of course like in Halo2/3 we cannot throw grenades. It could also bring in more small firearms like the SMG, Mauler, etc.

I don’t care about dual wielding personally, I just thought it would be cool to have that option.

Ive got another insurgent weapon based off a forum rp.

Nail Driver
Damage- extreme (one hit kill in multiplayer)
Range- Medium
Aim- difficult, like no scoping with a sniper rifle.
Ammo- 1 round clip, 10 round total carry.

The weapon was invented on a manufacturing planet abandon by the UNSC. The civilians blamed the military for their colonies devastation and decided to take maters into their own hands against the Covenant. The result was the Nail Driver. An upgraded construction tool originally designed to drive a massive bolt through massive sheets of metal used in the construction of ships. The weaponized version has since become a symbol of rebellion against both the UNSC and the Covenant.

In an effort to diminish the weapons meaning to insurgency, the UNSC has recently redesigned the makeshift weapon for full military use. When the weapon is fired, it often pulls the target off its feet and pins it to any wall directly behind it for a short distance. If the target does not have a wall behind it, the nail/spear will protrude recognizably from the dead body after it is throw to the ground from the impact.

Ammo/clip size: unlimited unless taken off stand (has 200 bullets)
Name: No idea
The new age sniper rifle. A turret of the forerunner style that features a scope. Cross between sniper rifle and assault rifle, it can do rapid fire, but can still pick up head shots no problem. 10x zoom and disintegrates the enemy when hit.

Weapon
Name: Gravity gun
Ammo: 200 charges, 50 charges per reload.
The gravity gun is a gun that can move/levitate anything to any other place. 1 charge to drag person or small enemy. 2 charges to pick up anything like a ghost or mongoose. 3 charges for anything like a warthog or falcon. 4 charges for something like a scorpion or wraith. 5 charges for a building. Slits on the side will show how many charges.

All I really want is a Spike Rifle rather than the Spiker.

I would love a weapon called The -Yoink- Stick. It has unlimited ammo and it has a 20x scope. It is a stick and when you shoot it, the gun vaporizes anything from players to vehicles.

Name: Engineer

Description: Calls in an engineer that gives you an extra overshield whilst in a small radius radius.

Duration: 15 seconds

Recharge time: 20 seconds

Good points: Extra overshield
Effect applies to team-mates who are in the radius

Bad points: Long recharge time
Also affects nearby enemies

Faction: Forerunner
Name: ???
Description: A vehicle that somewhat resembles a cross between a Warthog and a Ghost. It’s silver, and glows blue/orange (depending on if it is controlled by a blue or orange knight) underneath. It has one driver and one manned 360-degree turret that shoots a constant beam, similar to the focus rifle, but much larger in diameter, and slightly more powerful. It overheats faster, however.

Name: Disruptor Cannon
Description: A large, handheld cannon that emits an EMP shockwave. The shockwave affects targets as far as thirty feet from the source location of the blast. The shockwave is approximately eight feet in diameter. It is only effective immediately in front of the user (up to thirty feet). It disables vehicles for ten seconds (longer than a Plasma Pistol EMP disruption) and takes down a Spartan’s or Promethean Knight’s shields immediately. If an enemy AI isn’t in great condition, its circuits can be permanently fried, and it can no longer function. It takes one second to charge the blast, and has six shots total.

Name: Gravity Cannon
Description: Similar to the Disruptor Cannon, in that it has a one second charge, and it has a similarly sized blast radius. Instead of sending out an electromagnetic blast, it sends an enormous amount of force directly forward, launching back infantry and vehicles. The force also damages infantry and vehicles, but not enough to completely take down shields, or destroy vehicles in one blow. Used correctly, however, it is very effective against vehicles. It can destroy a Warthog in five blasts, and can typically send a Warthog, Ghost, Mongoose, or even Banshee spiraling one hundred feet away. Shooting it at the ground to increase personal altitude is possible, but not advised. Has eight shots total.

Weapon: A Real BR

Description: A FOUR shot weapon that is optimal for mid range/ close encounters. It will have a fast kill to finally be able to compete with the other weapons in the current sandbox. It’s history is long and well documented. It went away for awhile and is finally coming back.

Type: AA

Description: This ability does not have to be activated by the user. However, after assassinating an enemy, your armour will switch to that team’s color for 10 seconds

That would actually be pretty cool. I mean, maybe if you could activate it any time (not just for assassinations), and it only lasted four seconds, so you had to use it when alone, and then go in for the first few shots, and enemies still get red crosshairs when looking at you. I’d prefer being killed by that over active camo any day.

Sounds cool, but maybe instead of 10 seconds it has 15. And once you assassinate the guy you can change into him again once the AA recharges.

Description: This is a drivable vehicle which acts as a spawn point on the map. Where ever the Pod is placed on the map it will spawn far above the map with the driver in and will drop, the driver will be able to control/steer it. Also be able to activate the brakes/parachute.

Will be best for game types such as invasion.
(Provided they bring Invasion and Forge World Back)
