Self explanatory, name a medal or create one that you would want in Halo 4. It could be anything form objective based to kill based or weapon based. Here are some of mine.
Warthog Kill with Rocket: BOOM goes the Dynamite!!
5 kills with SAW: Ripped Apart!
10 kills with SAW: Shredded!
15 kill with SAW: THIS GUN SCARES ME!!
15 kills with Railrun: Orbital Beast!!
I know some of them are corny, but hell its 1AM, give me a break
