i have bought a MasterChief Specialedition Controller
and i have made all things to get The included reqpack
all other People get The MasterChief armor, but i only get The included visor
are you serious?
are there a problem with The reqpack’s?
i think we can handel that

I don’t believe anyone gets the armour form that REQ pack, it’s only the visor that you get.
This is from Amazon’s page on the controller:

I think the way to get Master Chiefs Armor is by getting the Master Chief Collection

It’s a seperate game. It has Halo 1, Halo 2, Halo 3, and Halo 4 in a single game. It came out 2 years ago…
You can also get different variants of the Mark 6 armor (Master Chief’s armor) through normal req packs.
