Did you guys know you can spot people in the game and let your team know where they are at? I bring it up because no one ever does it….
Also fix the grenades in this game, less of them or lower the damage of them (mini nukes right now)

Don’t hide in corners when people have spotted you and tell everyone you meet about pinging in game chat. Problem solved.
It’s on an awkward part of the controller, it’s usually not worth using.

That sounds super duper hand holdy… Like sniper glare, it’s too much on top of radar and the fact that most guns have tracers. I just wanna play Halo, Halo, everyone already loved it, stop adding BS to it…

Yea any time I play, there may be 1 other person on my team using it. This applies to btb as well.
I think a big reason why it doesn’t get used - it’s in a terrible place on controller atleast. I know I can re-map - but I am using everything else already. The kill time in this game is already barely over a second vs AVG opponents - I don’t have time to ping when in a direct engagement frankly.

I only ping when i cant put shots on someone because it is awkward while strafing and shooting. But if they get out of my line of site i’ll ping them. I use it fairly frequently

How many times have people been saying “I pinged him” and “use your ping” every 2 minutes on every thread
(I only use it if I can’t get shots on myself or know I’m massively down in a 1v1).
EDIT: I read this wrongly as YOU didn’t know - yeah I think they know - they just don’t use it

Yeah it is not very good when you’re just in a 1v1. It’s only good when you aren’t in any active fight which is rare.
That’s why I just use my mic.
Gonna get a Razer Wolverine 2 and map equipment and ping to the shoulders so I will use it more but for the average controller player it seems unwarranted to use in most situations.

Honest to God man, I noticed those threads pop up or maybe just contextualized them properly when I saw it happen in game only recently lol
I thought the ping they were referring to was that ‘echolocation’ feature the game has that highlights objects of interest.
