Three times now my game has crashed once I opened a req pack and then left me with the points gone but no req pack…
Anyone else experiencing this?
Just had the same thing happen to me! It sucked!
Yes. When this happens the joy of seeing your new treasurer is stolen from you, but if you restart the game the new stuff will be in your req inventory.
Never had this happen but I’d assume you’ll still have your stuff, you’ll just have to guess what it is. This makes me wonder now, what if they updated the REQ system where it would tell you a card was “NEW” until you viewed it. That way if the game crashes you’ll still get to see the lovely stuff you got 
Either way hope that gets fixed, my Warzone matches were crashing mid-game after the January update.

My xbox ate my money when I accepted a party invite while buying a gold pack. NOT cool!
@343 Inustries | 4th time the game crashed while opening a Gold Req Pack and I didn’t get any REQ points back, and I didn’t get any of the goods that I would’ve gotten from the pack either. Bet you 5 that the pack had Wrath armor in it
Not sure how true it is but they say reqs are part of the cloud and are never truly lost. You may not see what you get in the pack but still get the stuff in it. But who knows their req inventory by heart to confirm?

Usually if the pack goes away you get the reqs, it might be hard to find the new items on your reqs. At any case, please do no revive old threads, if you have issues with Halo 5, make thread in the Halo 5 support forum.
